Hi friends! ❤️ I’m looking for someone who would be interested in joining my cleaning crew a few days a week!

Most days would be around 3–5 hours, depending on the schedule, and most weeks you can expect around 15–20 hours. Some weeks may be a little more or less depending on the time of year and our client schedule.
(With potential to grow, we continually accept new clients!)

If you enjoy cleaning, like staying busy, or think this might be something you’d enjoy, I’d love to hear from you! No judgment here if you’re just looking for a little extra income or a flexible part-time job. 😊

A few things I’m looking for:
✨ Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the Carmel/Noblesville area at least once a week.
✨ Someone who is consistently on time and dependable.
✨ Someone who is comfortable working in clients’ homes, whether the client is home or away.
✨ Someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and treats people’s homes with care and respect.
✨ Someone who can work independently and have the same work ethic with or without me around.

Experience is a plus, but having a good attitude, being dependable, and being willing to learn are just as important!

✨ SPOTLESS SPACES IS GROWING — AND WE’RE HIRING! ✨

Our business has been expanding SO quickly lately, and I’m incredibly grateful for it! 🥹🧹❤️

With that growth, I’m looking to bring on 1–2 dependable people who are interested in starting with part-time, flexible hours and growing with us!

📌 What I’m looking for right now:
• Someone dependable and responsible
• Someone with reliable transportation that doesn’t mind driving up to 45 minutes occasionally
• A good eye for detail
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Friendly and comfortable working in clients’ homes
• Someone with a flexible schedule who can pick up random/extra hours when needed
• Someone willing to help cover when another cleaner is sick, unavailable, or needs a day off

The goal is for these hours to increase within the next few weeks as we continue bringing on new clients. So while I can’t promise a full schedule right away, there is a LOT of room for growth for the right person!
