Hey everyone! First and foremost, thank you soooo much for your love and support and your attention towards my little business here! I appreciate all the traffic coming through from the views to the bookings to the followed through appointments! You all are truly amazing! With that being said I wanted to address something that’s very important. I am struggling with people booking an appointment and cancelling literally 15-20mins before I leave to head to them! As most of you who know me know, I am very understanding of emergencies and life events happening so to those of you have life changing experiences happening or something random does happen, I am by all means not coming at you or trying to approach you in any indirect way! This post is mainly for others who just simply decide last minute that they do not want to pay the price of my services or just decide last minute that they don’t want their service performed that day! From here on, the cancellation fee will take effect no matter the circumstances, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, then thats when the cancellation fee will be due. this is to insure that my time will be taken in account for and respected as I do yours. What some do not realize is, I’m just a small local business, so by no means do I make big bucks from doing this. All my earnings at this time goes towards more supplies, bills, etc. I currently make no profit, I actually put more funds in than I do making a profit! Which is to be expected just launching a business! Once again, this is not directed towards anyone specific or to hurt anyone’s feelings!
