Yesterday we celebrated 12 amazing organizations, and showed them how much the work they do in our community means to us. They were all chosen because they're special to our team, so we want to roll out the red carpet for the non-profits our team chose to sponsor this year: Project Access-East Tennessee, Visit Johnson City, Washington County, TN Animal Shelter, Brother's Keeper, The River, Isaiah 117 House Washington County TN, Children's Advocacy Center of the 1st Judicial District, The Magnolia Project, The Warrior's Canvas & Veterans Art Center, Ronald McDonald House Southern Appalachian, Jeremiah School, and 4thirteen 💙

Today was a celebration of our 3rd annual AMS - CARES Program round of donations! It stands for the Community Assistance Reaching Everyone Sponsor Program, and it starts with our employees voting on 12 non-profits they want us to sponsor through the year. The non-profits chosen are then provided a $1,000 sponsorship to help them serve the Tri-Cities area. In addition, we place the 12 organizations’ logo on the back of our uniform shirts, at no cost to them, so that our clients will be able to see who we’re supporting in the community and give the non-profits a larger platform.
We wanted to create a program for our community that makes an impact, not only for our clients and employees, but that will hopefully inspire others to give and expand the organizations’ impact locally. This is the last week that we're celebrating 4thirteen with AMS CARES, but be sure to catch their logo on our shirts all year long. 💙 4thirteen is a ministry for teens led by teens - building a strong foundation of faith, fortitude, family, and fun to encourage a successful transition into adulthood. Let's show them how much we appreciate all that they do for our community!
