Last week, our work vehicle unexpectedly broke down, which caused some delays in our scheduled appointments. We service so many of our clients’ vehicles every week that sometimes we have to make time to properly service our own — which is truly a blessing and not a bad problem to have.

This past week, we’ve been rebuilding and servicing our work vehicle to ensure it’s reliable and ready to continue providing quality, dependable service to everyone we work with.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We will be fully back on schedule starting Monday the 23rd and look forward to taking care of your vehicle needs.

Advance Payment for Parts Policy Update

*Important: If the Customer chooses to provide their own parts, there is no warranty on labor for the associated service.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms regarding the payment of repair parts in advance to secure appointment times and prevent loss of resources due to appointment cancellations or no-shows.

2. Payment for Parts
• The Customer agrees to pay for all required parts in advance before the scheduled repair appointment.
• Payment will be processed through an invoice issued by Rello’s Auto Care LLC, which will serve as proof of payment.
• The invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours of receipt to confirm the appointment and the ordering of parts.

3. Refund and Restocking Fee
• If the Customer cancels the appointment or fails to follow through, Rello’s Auto Care LLC will refund the payment for parts, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• The 15% restocking fee will cover costs associated with ordering, handling, and returning the parts.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of cancellation or failure to attend the appointment.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
• The Customer may reschedule their appointment without penalty, provided they inform Rello’s Auto Care LLC at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• In the event of a cancellation, the 15% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Diagnostic Fee Increase & Travel Fee

To continue providing quality mobile service, we’re making a small update:

• Our diagnostic fee will increase from $50 to $75
• Travel fees will now applied to all scheduled appointments, based on mileage.
