Roughing in a new bathroom — full plumbing renovation in progress. All new PVC drain lines installed, abandoning the old cast iron. Key highlights: two-way cleanout T for sewer access, new 2-inch PVC shower trap tunneled beneath the existing shower, properly vented toilet line to ensure optimal flow and prevent gurgling, and eighth bends used throughout for smoother drainage. Test ball in place for pressure testing. Quality work from the ground up. 🔧

Big changes are happening! 🚰🔧 Jason and Jacob are hard at work on a kitchen and powder bath remodel, relocating the kitchen sink to a new island, reworking drain and water lines, updating plumbing for a new layout, and making sure everything is installed with long-term performance in mind. Great plumbing is the foundation of every successful remodel, and we’re proud to help bring this project together from behind the walls to the finished product.

Nathan installs a new bathroom faucet in Jacksonville, Florida. 🚰

Over time, hard water can cause calcium buildup inside a faucet, restricting water flow and reducing pressure. If you’re dealing with low water pressure, leaks, corrosion, or a faucet that’s reached the end of its lifespan, it may be time for a replacement.

A new faucet not only improves performance but also gives your bathroom an updated look.

We got called out to a Jacksonville home with a backed-up drain line. Pulled the toilet, ran the snake, and came back with a whole mess of rags and wipes that had worked their way deep into the line. That was the culprit. Then we ran our drain camera to inspect the pipe and spotted something else: sludge building up at the bottom of the line from the water softener discharging into the drain system. Not the cause of this backup, but it sure wasn't helping.

Filled the shower up, watched it drain down, and reset the toilet before we left.

If your drains are slow, gurgling, or backing up here in Jacksonville, give us a call and we will take a look and find the real cause.

A remodeled bathroom doesn’t always mean the plumbing underneath was updated.

On this job, we found old cast iron sewer pipe still connected to the main line. While part of the bathroom had been upgraded to PVC, the aging cast iron remained—and that’s a common cause of recurring drain backups.

We replaced the old cast iron with new PVC installed at the proper grade, giving the homeowner a reliable sewer line for years to come.

If your home has cast iron drain lines and frequent clogs, it may be time for a sewer inspection before a small problem becomes a costly repair.
