For a long time, I thought being a good mom meant putting myself last.

And little by little, without even realizing it, I started putting parts of myself on hold too.

This isn’t about going back to who I was before I had kids. I don’t even want that.

It’s about figuring out who I am now, without feeling guilty for taking care of myself too.
