Our crew pulled this entire mass of wipes out of a customer’s septic tank this week. Wipes don’t break down like toilet paper — they tangle together and build up until your system backs up.

If it’s not toilet paper, keep it out of the toilet. Your septic tank (and your wallet) will thank you. 💙

A good day in Roto-Rooter is when the mess stays in the pipe.

This wasn’t one of those days.

Ben took one for the team while helping a customer with a clogged commercial kitchen backup. It’s not the prettiest part of the job, but somebody’s got to do it.

Thankfully, it wasn’t the customer.
