📬 Utility Bill Delivery Update

We want to let our customers know that there is an unexpected delay in the delivery of this month's utility bills.

Our bills were processed and mailed on schedule. However, our billing vendor has informed us that the U.S. Postal Service's Louisville processing facility is currently experiencing delays due to the installation of new mail processing equipment. Because of this, the bills have not yet entered the normal delivery process.

The USPS has advised that these delays are expected to begin clearing up, and customers should start receiving their bills this week.

Please remember that customers are still responsible for their account balance, even if their paper bill is delayed. If you have not received your bill and would like to check your balance, make a payment, or verify your due date, please contact our office at 615-374-3484, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while the Postal Service works through this temporary delay.
