A different before and after 🌿

Monarda didyma, baptisia and milkweed all spend the summer growing and partying with pollinators and sprawling all over each other. By the time the blooming fest is over, everyone's flopped down and raggedy.
So, instead of cleaning my own house, I took this old footboard and got the party girls contained behind it a bit. Oh look, a whole garden bed under there.

This tub is an example of long term damage from hard water.
My client just recently, finally had the filter replaced and then, because it had been so long, had to replace the tank as well. This tub has a nasty drip drip drip and she keeps a plastic bucket under the faucet. Over the years, the splash up from the bucket when it's full has caused the etching and corrosion we see... as well as the blue discoloration, which I believe is from the disintegrating plastic bucket.
I treat it with Bio Clean (BFK for the blue stuff) and now I'm going to use CLR but honestly I'm not too horribly worried about this because after a certain point, you can't bring plastic back.
