A wonderful family is looking for a warm, engaging, and proactive nanny to care for their sweet 2.5-year-old daughter 💛
She has Down syndrome and is a happy, social little one who loves music, books, and interactive play. She’s working on independent mobility, so we’re looking for someone patient, supportive, and attentive to her development.
🗓 Schedule:
Mon & Wed: 1:00p–7:00p
Tues & Thurs: 12:00p–4:00p
Fri: 12:00p–7:00p
💵 $34–$38/hr (payroll/W2)
📍 Gardena, CA
✨ Temp position through mid-September (possibility to continue past that of agreeable to both nanny and family)
Role includes:
• Engaging play + developmental activities
• Child’s meals (primarily plant-based)
• Light housekeeping- child related (dishes, laundry, tidying)
• Supporting routines + taking to therapy sessions
Ideal nanny:
• Toddler experience required
• Special needs/Down syndrome experience a plus
• ABA/ECE background preferred
• Proactive, communicative, and nurturing
