A little before & after of a move-out clean. This was for a person who has a disability, it was rewarding to be able to help them out.

Move-outs and "reset" cleanings can be challenging, but those before & afters are guaranteed to make you smile.

My "office" view today ... this is why I do what I do. I've done the desk thing, the supervisor thing, almost 25 years working to improve the lives of others from case management to policy & planning. But now I get to be my own boss, get out from behind a desk and move my body, and enjoy these fall days while cleaning some windows. So ask me if I like cleaning ... I do, especially today.

But seriously, don't feel bad if your house isn't "Instagram worthy" every day of the week. Do enough to enjoy your home and feel comfortable. As they say ... life is too short. And if you're juggling careers, children, caring for a loved one - give yourself credit for getting through the day and ask for help from family, or hire a housekeeper even if it is just to do a reset. I love to do resets, and I'll never judge you. Give yourself a break!
