It's getting busy at the laundry shop!
Our wash/dry/fold turnaround time in the summer is 2-3 days, but our software allows us to add your rental calendars, so we always have it ready for your next turn.

Any cleaners out there? Who owns a cleaning business? I'd love to get your contact information. We get asked all the time for cleaner recommendations and I'd love to recommend you! Stop by the shop any day between 9:30 and 4:30 so I can put a face with the name and hopefully help build your business!

On my last post, many of you spoke up about make up being a big frustration.

I ended up creating my own mixture for removing make-up. It was a total accident, but it works great, and it's NON-TOXIC.

We are offering an alternative option for your current WASH/DRY/FOLD LAUNDRY services. In addition, we offer LINEN RENTAL services - true luxury linens and towels, not the scratchy hotel quality you'll find elsewhere. Most people find they pay LESS and get more for their money using our rental services. Guests love the quality, and the smell is DIVINE.

We use only high quality, plant-based, non-toxic detergents and softeners, and we soften/treat our water, so NO MORE RUST stains.

Although we aren't perfect, we've been called the "stain guru's" by more than a few of our customers. We do EVERYTHING within our power to remove stains including soaking. We have a 2-3 day turnover, and we will work with YOUR calendar to ensure that we meet your cleaning deadlines.

We know that accuracy is important to your bottom line, so we installed a new inventory management system this year which will help to ensure that WHAT YOU DROP OFF, YOU GET BACK. If we EVER ruin an item of yours, you'll get a call from us, fessing up, and asking for a replacement link. Honestly, we probably care more about your linens than you do haha.

Zoom Laundry in Douglas was hit with a tragic event this week...no business owner wishes this upon another! We are saddened to hear of the damage incurred, but encouraged to see that no one was hurt and that they should be up and running soon!! 💕
