🛠️ Position: Property Services Technician
Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Residential and commercial exterior cleaning
- Interior and exterior painting
- Deck and fence cleaning, staining, and restoration
- Gutter cleaning and property maintenance
- Seasonal services, including snow and ice removal
- Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and job sites
- Working directly with customers and representing our company professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience is preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person!
