What You’ll Be Doing:
Residential: Deep cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care for private homes.
Commercial: Maintaining office buildings, retail spaces, or medical facilities (sanitization, trash removal, common areas).
Quality Control: Performing final walkthroughs to ensure "white-glove" standards.
Client Relations: Providing friendly, professional service while on-site.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: At least 2 - 5 years of professional cleaning experience (Residential or Commercial).
High Standards: An obsession with detail—you notice the things others miss.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle to travel to and from work. Ability to drive a company vehicle to and feom jobs during the day.
Integrity: Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license. - required
