Couple things I love about our new system that we’re using that is already changing the game for us!!
🧼 clients can reviews on every single cleaning,  so we can make sure our attention to detail is remaining the same and also, so we can stay up-to-date if there’s any complications or changes.
🧼 it’s now sending out automatic reminders for three days ahead of time and the night before which equals more communication, but also less cancellations, but we get life happens!
🧼 each client is also getting a automated invoice after every single cleaning even if they paid their bill in the morning. They’re always gonna get an invoice after the cleaning is complete so no more chasing down invoicing and manually doing it.!! 🤩
🧼 employees can now take before and after pictures in the client’s home to confirm services and do spot checks! 🤩 quality vs. quantity!
🧼🧼🧼 and honestly SO much more!!
 I love making good relationships with our clients, but this was such a needed change in order to remain consistent and really protect our employees information and our clients information!
