It was here at Lundell Construction that Jim began his Septic Services career. Due to the retirement of many of Lundell's upper management and the lack of leadership quality replacements, Lundell Construction decided to close it doors on the Construction side of thing

s. It was at this time that Jim Johnson saw his opportunity. He made a decision to go into the Septic Services business for himself and Jim's Sewer Services was created that would offer Cherokee Iowa Sewer Services. As with any new business, Jim's Sewer Service took a few months to get going steadily. It would not take long though and Jim's Sewer Services would prove to be in great demand.
