Responsibilities:

Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
Clean and service restrooms and break rooms with mops and disinfectants
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Follow all health and safety regulations
Uphold the standards of Green's Commercial Cleaning
Requirements:

Proven working experience
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

-Manage callouts and all Employee Schedules to ensure all positions are covered
-Working with new clients and the recruiter to create a new cleaning schedule and ensure the position is filled on the start date
-Ensuring all periodical work is scheduled per contracts
-Speak with customers over the phone and through email in order to schedule, remind and follow up on work that is done
-Establishes recruiting needs by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
-Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
-Good communication skills both verbal and written; organization skills.
-Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Integrity and ability to work well with others in an office setting.
-Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
