Hello Westover Hills Coin Laundry Customers!
I hope you all have had a safe and happy month of December and continue forward into a productive and prosperous new year!
With that in mind, I want to assist our customers in developing better skills in communicating with myself and any other representative of the mat when there is a conflict.
The video below is posted to demonstrate the attitude I get when trying to help customers that call or in person.
You simply can not interrupt me when I am trying to talk.
You can’t play manager when you are not the manger of THIS BUSINESS.
You can’t get upset because questions are asked rather than you telling me what I’m gonna do.
And in the event YOU CHOOSE to contact management with the over talking, not listening for solutions but only to argue, want to make threats because your are not accustom to someone talking to you as an adult speaking to another adult, the conversation will be “muted”, ended, period.
I’m sorry that some of my customers are apparently used to speaking down or over people and getting the results they want but that doesn’t work for me.
We will mutually respect each other and allow each other to speak.
Please stay focused on the issues at hand which is your laundry, not me. Personal insults will end the conversation also. If I don’t insult you you don’t have a right to insult me just because you are the customer.
There is an expectation of customer conduct the same way you have an expectation for my conduct.
Please refer to the HUGE SIGN on the wall in the laundry mat before you call. And any morals you were raised with before you choose to speak to someone any kind of way and think you eventually you will not receive the same.

If you want to just call to argue and fuss I can not assist you with that.
