Good evening, Billings! The Nitty and Gritty Cleaning is in search of a reliable, detail-oriented employee. 💪

- Position is part time between Monday-Friday; about 15-20 hours a week starting off.
- Some experience necessary.
- Job consists of general cleaning and occasional deep cleaning as scheduled. Some business offices as well.
- We will be working together for the first month to familiarize you with your schedule and my clients.
- After transitioning to your schedule, I will be checking and following up on each clean until I can confirm that I am leaving my clients' homes in good hands EVERY clean.

My next employee will have the pleasure of meeting my long-term clients. I expect no less than respect, empathy, and consideration for each and every one of my clients. We will be going over proper conduct as well. ✨️

Good evening, Billings! The Nitty and Gritty Cleaning is looking to hire someone for general and business cleaning. Looking for someone who will be willing to be trained for the tasks at hand and has an eye for detail. Efficiency is key so a productive mindset and personality is necessary. I would like some experience if possible. $15/hr starting pay. Opportunities for pay increases in the future. As a business owner who has safeguarded her clients' needs and peace of mind at heart for the last couple years, I want to guarantee that my employee will perform to owner standards every time. Part time work to start up January. Full time on the horizon if tasks are performed exceptionally!

Even with a time limit on the clean, the job still gets done! 🪄✨️

Side note to future customers! The laminate flooring in your bathrooms such as you see here get built-up residue that almost look natural to the floor in some cases. As a professional, I cannot simply mop and run off as if that is going to clean it any better! With my current clients who have such flooring, bathrooms get hand-mopped EVERYTIME! And kitchens/dining areas/living rooms with bigger space, I admit, is quite a decent chunk of extra time! But no fear! I implement this once a month with such spaces. 🤗🫧

ISO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE for my company, THE NITTY AND GRITTY CLEANING

GOOD MORNING, BILLINGS! I am in search of another hard-working individual to train and start part-time work in a week. I have 2 lovely girls right now but one of my ladies is on maternity leave. Much gratitude for her hard labor! 💕 Starting pay is $15/hr and biweekly pay schedule. About 10-20 hrs a week depending on what is scheduled during the week. 🌺 Tasks include general and deep cleaning houses, offices, and businesses. Commercial cleaning is a big part of the tasks right now and where we will start with training.

🌺 Some experience would be nice but not required. Must be willing to be trained and work with non-set schedules until implemented into above tasks after learning commercial cleaning as a beginner.

🌺 Contract will be signed after probationary period of 1 month from day employed if determined this position is a good fit for you.

🌺 I have built my company from the ground up and have established a reputation for myself so to anyone who does wish to apply, please understand that you are also applying to have the honor of going into my clients' homes at my permission and must therefore respect the rules I have set for myself and now pass down to my future employees.
