Do you require assistance with your Spring cleaning? Tanith provides support with compassion, care, and empathy; specializing in clutter removal and organizational services.

Currently 3/20/26 in MD, going to NY then back to MD, then TN then MO, then NV. Some flexibility in the schedule, will be in NV by May 2nd at latest.

Touch up paint, fix grout in shower and seal all of it in the master bathroom, caulk around tub in other bathroom and seal seams of the surround walls. Caulk around toilet.
The new floor was cut odd around tub so I filled the gap to protect Florida from water. Quarter round will go down later.

Let's get removing the unhappy stresses that clutter causes. Let's give it a home, and be dedicated to putting it back in its home so its available when needed. If you won't love it enough to clean it, let it go. Unless its really needed for a purpose then keep it (like pots and pans, not necessarily a loved item)

Currently in Baltimore helping my contractor friend sort and prepare to downsize and move. This is a very small sample of what is sorted and many items will be up for sale and or donated.
And tons more to do over the next few weeks. It's a huge warehouse. If you need plumbing or electrical parts on the cheap give me a call.
I will be setting up in the parking lot to sell things in a few weeks.

We are on the move. Currently we are in TN. The view from our friend Betsy's house is Boone Lake. Amazed at how easy it was to hear some of the people on the lake talking and hearing a guy proposed to his girl. She yelled its about time... hell yes.

Most packing done. Tomorrow we load the truck and then head back to MD. Hope to get help loading tomorrow... 🤞

Thanks ahead of time for any good vibes that this goes smooth so we can get it done before the hurricane rain moves up the coast.

Stan Hearn my contractor is helping Liz and I rebuild in our brand new van. He's an amazing custom cabinet maker as well as a general contractor that can help you with most home repair needs. Feel free to text him if you would like to use his services. 240.460.8666

The toolboxes have way too many tiny drawers for putting clothes in so we are investing in the long haul by making custom cabinets.

I'm so grateful for his help; bonus is Liz and I get to learn from him..

I've seen people take months to do what we already did in less than a week. This time we are making more cabinets and changing the layout a lot. More pictures to come
