👏 Chris – 6th Thomasversary
From holding various roles throughout the company to now leading as our Director of Partner Acquisition, Chris continues to embody our core values of Be the Part, Service Above All, and Better Than Yesterday. His willingness to jump in wherever needed and his dedication to our team make him a true ambassador of TPS.

👏 Dylan – 3 Thomasversary
Dylan may be quiet, but his work ethic speaks volumes. Resourceful, dependable, and able to work autonomously, he has grown tremendously both personally and professionally, and our customers in Columbia County are lucky to have him. We can't wait to see where his continued growth takes him.

In just one year, Patrick has made a positive impact on our customers and team. Our team put together some helpful tips to keep mosquitoes away from your home this summer (and yes, one of our guys is going deodorant-free all season in the name of pest control science 😂).

Big shoutout to Steven, Scott, Rick, and Mike as they celebrate their Thomasversaries! 🎉

Each of these guys brings something unique to the team, but they all share the same commitment to our customers and the Thomas mission. 💙

Steven helps set the tone for every new customer experience through our initial services, building trust from day one with professionalism and relationship-based pest control. Scott continues to represent Thomas proudly in the field and beyond, always willing to step up wherever needed while serving our Albany and Schenectady County customers.

Rick brought his passion for entomology and training back home to Thomas this past year, constantly educating and mentoring the team while taking on exciting new challenges like the RPI account. Mike has also jumped in wherever needed , from seasonal services to route work, and customers consistently appreciate his thoroughness. 🙌

Seeing little winged insects inside your home? 👀 That's not random, it's a swarm.

Every spring, carpenter ants and termites send out winged "swarmers" to start new colonies. This year in Upstate NY is shaping up to be one of the heaviest swarmer seasons in years.

Here's how to tell them apart 👇

Carpenter Ants: large, black, winged. Nest inside wood, especially near moisture.
Termites: smaller, lighter, straight antennae. They eat the wood. Silent and expensive if ignored.

Seeing them inside doesn't always mean infestation, but it does mean a colony is nearby. Don't wait.

Bill, Matt, and Shawn traveled to St. Louis for an incredible experience filled with mentorship, collaboration, and learning.
