👀 Watch for Grease Buildup
• Look for grease dripping, strong odors, or visible residue.
• If you notice sticky surfaces around the hood or ducts, it’s usually a sign cleaning is overdue.

💨 Make Sure Airflow Is Strong
• Poor airflow can mean clogged ducts, dirty fans, or blocked filters.
• If smoke or heat lingers in the kitchen, have the system checked.

🔧 Inspect Fans and Belts
• Roof exhaust fans should spin freely and quietly.
• Worn belts or strange noises can signal mechanical problems.
• Preventive maintenance saves expensive repairs later.
