Our page has been pretty quiet this summer, and that’s because I decided to take a break from social media. We’re just so busy!

Soon, we will be back and sharing all of the fun projects we’ve been working on!

This summer is being spent working and building new professional relationships, while also catching up with friends and family we don't get to see very often.

This post shows the difference between a smoker's home (to***co/ni****ne) and a non-smoker's home.

The two different houses featured in my post are right next door to each other; both homes were originally built in 2004, and this was the first time they’ve had the air ducts cleaned.

Ni****ne and tar form a sticky, oily residue inside ductwork that traps dust, pollen, and chemical toxins. Cleaning air ducts in a home with ni****ne is necessary to eliminate lingering to***co odors, stop the recirculation of third-hand smoke particles, and prevent your HVAC system from working harder and consuming more energy.

Hi friends!

Because of the horrible air quality Michigan is experiencing due to the wildfire smoke from Canada and the high heat index to boot, we have decided to reschedule our jobs for the remainder of the week.

Our health, as well as our customers' health, is our main priority, and anyone here in Michigan knows how bad the air quality is right now.

If you have to work or be outside in these conditions for an extended period of time, please be careful and wear a mask if necessary.

If you are experiencing breathing problems, immediately go indoors to an air-conditioned space, close all windows, and set your A/C to recirculate. Seek prompt medical attention or call 911 if you experience severe shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, or symptoms that do not improve.

Happy Monday!

We always love getting the opportunity to complete projects for Adrian College! This time around, we were asked to take care of the heating system for the ATO Fraternity house.

The ATO Frat house does not have AC or traditional ductwork, so for this project, we are cleaning all the baseboard heaters and the in-wall heating units.

The Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) fraternity house at Adrian College is located at the Cornelius House in Adrian, MI. The chapter, locally founded in 1881, is the oldest fraternity on campus and is active in both leadership and philanthropy.
