Most people see the showroom.
We’re in the service bay.

This week our team was out running the autoscrubber, getting these shop floors cleaned up for the mechanics who work here every day.

A couple of them actually stopped our techs just to say thank you.

Not for the front.
For the floors they stand on.

Clean shop floors = safer footing, less buildup, better place to work. That matters.

Staying at the Ga***rd Opryland in Nashville this week, and I can’t help but notice the details.
The floors, restrooms, glass, entryways, landscaping, common areas — everything plays a part in the experience.
Places like this are a good reminder that cleanliness is noticed, even when people don’t say anything.
That’s true whether it’s a large resort, a medical office, church, bank, dealership, or office building back home.
Clean buildings don’t happen by accident. They happen because someone is paying attention.

Some of the hardest decisions we make as a cleaning company aren’t about supplies or equipment.

They’re about when to say “no.”

Every once in a while we’re offered work where the budget and the expectations just don’t match. On paper, it looks like “more business.” In real life, it usually turns into rushed visits, missed details, and frustrated people on both sides.

We see it all the time when a company calls us after things haven’t worked out with their current cleaner. The story is usually the same:
“They only have time for trash and restrooms.”
“They’re gone almost as soon as they get here.”
“The details never really get done.”

Sometimes that’s dishonesty. But a lot of the time, it’s a budget problem. The company simply can’t afford to do the job the way the customer actually needs, so corners get cut and nobody wins.

At Essential Green Cleaning, we’re not trying to be the most expensive option. We’re aiming for fair, healthy pricing that lets us pay our people well and actually do the work you’re trusting us with. When a budget won’t support that, we’d rather say “no” up front than say “yes” and let you down later.
