💗 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM DUSTING FAIRY HOUSEKEEPING 🧚‍♀️

As a small business, we’ve had to make a few changes to protect our time and our business.

✨ First-time regular cleans
Your first clean will now need to be paid for in advance. After your first clean, invoices will be sent on your cleaning day and will have a 6-day payment due date.

✨ Exit cleans & larger casual cleans
These bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The 50% deposit is non-refundable and is used to secure your allocated booking time and cover the costs we incur in preparing for your clean. The remaining balance will be due as advised.

✨ Cancellations
Please make sure you’re familiar with our Terms & Conditions, particularly our cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice can leave us with no opportunity to refill that booking.

We are a very small business run by just two full-time mums, and every booking matters to us. We simply can’t afford to turn up, pay staff/contractors, use products and equipment, travel to your home and then not be paid for our time.

There are costs involved before we even start cleaning — products, equipment, fuel, vehicle running costs, travel time and contractor wages all come out of our pocket.

Our Terms & Conditions are there to protect both you and us, so please take the time to read them and make yourself familiar with them when booking with Dusting Fairy Housekeeping. 💗

We genuinely appreciate every single one of our amazing clients and your understanding and support of our little business. 🧚‍♀️🖤

Thank you for supporting our small business — let us make your home shine! ✨

📢 IMPORTANT REMINDER – TERMS & CONDITIONS 📢

Just a friendly reminder to all of our valued clients that our Dusting Fairy Housekeeping Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure our business runs smoothly and fairly for everyone. 💗🧚‍♀️

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following:

✨ Invoices must be paid by the due date. A 15% late fee may apply to overdue invoices.

✨ Outstanding invoices must be paid before further cleaning services can be carried out.

✨ We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your scheduled clean.

✨ If we arrive at your property and are unable to access the home, the full cleaning fee may apply.

✨ We require 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to cancel your regular cleaning service.

Our Terms & Conditions are in place to protect both our clients and our business, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 💕

Thank you to all of our amazing clients for your continued support of Dusting Fairy Housekeeping 🧚‍♀️✨
