📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE –Payment Terms, Late Fees & Short-Notice Cancellations 📢
To ensure Daly Cleaning can continue providing reliable, quality cleaning services to all our valued clients, I am making an important reminder regarding our payment terms and cancellation policies.
I understand that things can sometimes get busy, and I appreciate every client who respects my time and business. However, moving forward, there will be no further flexibility regarding overdue payments, late fees or short-notice cancellation charges.
💳 PAYMENT TERMS & LATE FEES
• Payment is due within 6 days of the invoice date.
• I will no longer be sending repeated reminders or chasing overdue payments. My time is already stretched managing bookings, clients and the day-to-day running of Daly Cleaning.
• If payment is not received by the due date, a 15% late fee will apply.
• If payment has not been received before your next scheduled clean, your cleaning service will be suspended until your account is paid in full.
• If your payment remains overdue for more than 3 weeks, legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount.
🤒 SHORT-NOTICE CANCELLATIONS & ILLNESS POLICY
I understand that illness and unexpected situations can happen. However, cancellations at short notice impact our team's scheduled hours and the running of our business.
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations due to illness to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours' notice will result in 100% of your scheduled cleaning fee being payable.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
There will be no further flexibility regarding late fees or short-notice cancellation charges. These policies will be applied consistently moving forward.
I put a lot of time, care and effort into running Daly Cleaning and looking after my clients and staff. These policies help ensure the business can continue operating fairly and reliably for everyone.
