These pics arent in any particular order of before and after BUT these were cleaned by another company just recently for a exit clean (no name and shame) it was pretty much a splash and dash and take there cash.

Inspection showed lack of vacuuming, lack of care of the customer and lack of pride in there job, there was still fluff, dirt, hair and food throughout the house, 14 red stains 4 blue stains, this was more than just a clean, it was a restoration deep clean, total time to do this was 4hrs to remove stains and deep clean

Lot's of p*e p*e

and that was just the hallway in this rental property.

Got a urgent call out to do an inspection on a property about to be rented out, after being locked up for a week it smelt like dog and p*e p*e, after walking through with property manager and finding the hot spots almost being every room.

Options were replacement very costly, lost money in rent, insurance premiums go up, lengthy tribunal battles or we give it a heavy duty deep clean which includes pet urine/stain and odour treatment

Approximate costs

Replacement cost and lost rent,
$7200 carpet replacement (80m2)
$2400 four weeks lost rent
plus insurance premiums increase unsure

Deep clean with pet urine/stain and odour removal
$15m2 = $1200+gst

Quick turn around also includes follow up and 2nd treatment if needed

This was one of my 1st jobs I did when starting Carpet Guru and using low moisture as weapon of choice,

When the owner said they were going pull this carpet out and replace it, I put my 🏀🏀 on the line and said I'll get them looking pretty good again and save him money in replacement.

I'm glad he put his trust in me and let me do it 🤙

This job was a dozey, dirty, dusty, stained and fill of pet hair, pet urine and God only knows what else, video to come for this job.

Pic is a big pet urine stain we tackled, took a bit of work, got it too 95% reduction, made sure we treated and extracted the urine out too so the smell doesn't come back to haunt the new owners.

Yep I've been playing around recording some of the carpets I've cleaned,

Lets be honest I won't be getting a nomination for best actor for this part I played but did get a standing ovation from the client saying so clean and thank you with a prompt payment. Big 👍 up for this job

Had the privilege cleaning the carpets at Carew Peel Forest School. Great wee country school with a community and family focus, if you are in the Carew, Peel Forest, Ealing areas this is the school to go too ✅️

We usually use low moisture for commercial carpets but not today this was an extraction job, as you can see after each pass the difference in appearance, alot of dirt in these carpet tiles but not anymore 🤙

We use a biodegradable solution for this clean which is safe for kids and pets also woolsafe approved.

Nearly forgot the water dump at the end 🙄
