With winter bugs doing the rounds — flus, head colds, tummy bugs and everything in between — I kindly ask all clients to please reschedule or cancel their cleans if anyone in the household is unwell.
As much notice as possible is always greatly appreciated. While I understand illnesses can sometimes come on suddenly, giving notice the day before your appointment where possible is ideal, as last-minute cancellations (such as within an hour of the booking) can be very difficult to fill.
In return, I will always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible if myself or my family are unwell and I’m unable to attend your clean.
To help protect both my family and other clients, if I arrive to a booking and discover someone in the home is currently unwell with a contagious bug, I will unfortunately need to leave and the booking fee will still apply in full.
