Trashed rental property carpets
Owner was devastated at the state of the carpets after tenant had moved out and asked a big well known carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets and they kindly declined and said replacement is best option, that was going to cost them $7500+ in replacement cost and down time of 8 weeks which would be another $4000 in lost rent.
This is where I come in, got the call asking if I could save these carpets my response i'll give you a demo see what you think, Pointed out what was permanent a couple bleach stains the rest should come out well the demo worked and they booked us in, we aimed for a 80-90% success rate of rejuvenating these carpets, it took us 4hrs to get it to a reasonable living standard but saved the owner $1000s
