What does your shooting life look like?

Share your insights through the 2026 Game Shooting Census and Shoot Owners Census.

Run by www.GunsOnPegs.com in partnership with Lycetts, BASC, the Countryside Alliance and GWCT, the survey has been gathering data since 2013 and provides valuable information around participation, trends and the wider contribution of shooting.

Whether you take part occasionally or manage a shoot, your views matter. The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete, and the results help inform future work across the sector.

As a thank you for completing the census, you'll automatically be entered into a prize draw to win two pegs on a 150-bird driven day.
