Here at Absolute Cleaning - Midlands we specialise in carpet, upholstery and hardfloor/tile & grout cleaning serving the whole of Worcestershire, Midlands and beyond. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Carpet cleaning & Upholstery cleaning

• A thorough walk round will be conducted with ourselves and the customer to identify any areas of concern with the carpets/upholstery to be cleaned prior to the clean taking place. We will discuss any stains (if applicable) to identify the type of stain and the likely hood of complete removal.
• All stains will be treated appropriately using the correct products, however stain removal is never guaranteed.
• We use hot water/steam extraction as our primary cleaning method, this leaves the carpet/upholstery damp after the clean has taken place. Payment

• We accept cash, credit/debit card and BACS payment which is required to be paid on completion of work. A sales receipt will then be issued through an electronic format (email). Cancellation

• Any cancellations made 48 hours prior to the clean will incur no cancelation fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before our appointment will receive a 25% invoice of booking costs. However, re-booking for a later date (no longer than a month ahead) will then incur no cancellation fees. Stain Guard

• Stain guard will be offered by one of our cleaning technicians which can be applied to both carpets and upholstery. This is a treatment professionally applied to both your carpets and upholstery which is a preventive barrier against staining (however this is not guaranteed and does not always prevent staining due to mitigating circumstances).
• Stain guard is also used to help keep your carpets and upholstery cleaner for longer with the aid of regular vacuuming. Thanks from all the Absolute cleaning team and look forward to meeting you all soon.
