Pet Stains on Carpet ?
We often get asked: 'How can i deal with pet stains?'
We usually tell our customers to scrape up any excess, and clean with plain water. Any cleaning agent used at this stage can result in yellowing of the carpet. Sanitising with a disinfectant can be done as a final treatment. Treat the spillage as you would a spillage on a hard surface using an absorbent towel or cloth to remove the spillage. Yellowing can still occur depending on the carpet fibre and construction.

Here's a Useful 'Tip'
Over the years we've been called out to remove flood water from many homes. Make sure you know where the main water stop valve is so if your plumbing starts to leak you can turn off the water.
We turn ours off and back on again at least twice a year to make sure it hasn't seized and works as it should.
