What a difference a week makes!

A cold, wet, windy one in South Ashford today.

This was the rear of a property that we’ve cleaned the front and rear block paved areas today.

As you can see, this suffers pretty badly from w**ds, we only cleaned this one last year. We treated with w**d killer last week and returned today to pressure wash and biocide.

To combat the w**d growth going forward, we’ll be sanding next week and then sealing to lock the sand in and prevent further w**d growth.

Lovely results from this clean and seal we completed last week.

The block paving had only been laid last year but was already suffering from w**d and moss in the joints.

A full high pressure clean (chemicals not needed) first and then sand brushed back in before a high resin, acrylic sealer was applied to make the sand hard as concrete and stop any w**d growth for a good few years to come.

We popped back this afternoon to have a final check of this block paved patio we cleaned and sealed last week and it’s looking amazing!

The high resin content sealer we use means the kiln dried sand is totally locked in and as hard as cement, this will keep the block paving w**d free for 5 years plus!

A little patio refresh we carried out in Willesborough recently.

Now we can’t be held accountable for the rather niche design from the original install but we can take credit for bringing it back from the condition it was in to as good as the day it was laid.

A full high pressure clean and biocide, followed by lifting and rebedding several loose and uneven slabs and finished off with Flowpoint charcoal smooth grouting.

A lovely little sandstone patio cleaned and biocide treated last week in Bridgefield.

It’s amazing the difference a professional clean can make to the whole outside space for such a small cost.

The pointing has already gone and the joints were full of moss and dirt so we have left the customer with options and prices for repointing.

First job of the week complete ✅

Now to do a little sun dance and hope we have some good weather so we can get back to sand and seal it with high resin content, polyurethane sealer to keep it looking fresh and w**d free for years to come.

Finishing off an extremely busy week with this lovely small patio clean and biocide in South Ashford.

This patio is one that we maintain around this time each year to keep it looking in tip top condition.

A nice finish to the week (although we’re back out tomorrow) cleaning this sandstone patio this afternoon for a valued, returning customer.

It’s been a couple of years since we last cleaned this patio but we’ve brought it back to life once again 😊
