Next up, we proudly introduce one of Calibre's operations manager, Rachael F**d! Calibre’s functionality relies heavily on her shoulders, but Rachel continues to exceed the company’s expectations. Please read below for more about her ⬇️

Rachael graduated from University in 2013 and started her career in Leisure Management. She first joined the team at Calibre in September 2020 and has really enjoyed her time here so far, playing a crucial role in the functionality of the company! No day has been the same and she thrives operating in a fast-paced work environment.

During her spare time, Rachael likes to spend time with family and friends or taking her two dogs on nice long walks. She also loves going on holidays and cannot wait for an abroad getaway in 2022 (depending on Covid).

With more than twenty years experience in the cleaning industry, Karen continue to strive to promote better standards of cleaning, and encourage respect and recognition for Calibre's dedicated, hard-working employees. Karen is very privileged to have an enthusiastic and loyal management team, who take the strain, and cheerfully manage the ever shifting sands of our business activities!

Karen's home for almost forty years is Pluckley in Kent, but she is an Essex gal, and braves the Dartford Crossing weekly to visit family. Married to Cliff, with three grown up children, and two beautiful grand-daughters, her home and family are very important to Karen.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking cleaner to join one of our busy sites in Ashford on a Monday and Wednesday evening.
The site is a bus depot, and due to the nature of the work they do, the successful candidate must be prepared to clean to high standard as it does get dirty throughout the day. The shift is split across x2 sites and the hours are as follows:
Mondays: 4:45pm-7:45pm at Cobbs Woods Site
8:15pm-9:15pm at a smaller site along Bank Street in Ashford Town Centre. There is a shuttle bus service that runs between the two sites if you do not drive.
You will required to clean offices, washrooms, kitchen areas and meeting rooms across both sites.
The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
£8.91 per hour.

We are looking for x2 Operatives to work from 5:30pm-7pm, Monday – Friday at £8.91 per hour.
The work will involve cleaning offices, meeting rooms, washroom and kitchen areas and will require exceptional attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and reliable cleaner to do some temporary touch point cleaning work at a site just outside of Ashford on the way to Sellindge.
The job will involve touch point cleaning offices, toilets, a canteen area and security office.
The hours are Monday – Friday, 10am-2pm at £8.91 per hour.
Due to the location of this role, your own transport would be required.
