Today’s job was multiple dog urine stains.
Treated, agitated and machine extracted, odour neutralised.
A low moisture process with sponges has its place but not here.
The staining has to be lifted out of the fibres via extraction as in the waste bucket post extraction.
We offer very low moisture cleaning, low moisture and deep extraction, not a one trick pony but able to adapt to the situation.
We pass work to competent technicians where we are unable to, they also know and understand correct procedures.
We appreciate and understand competition, it’s a good thing, if understood!

Sometimes you need to hit those carpet fibres hard and not tickle them with an inferior dabble clean!

We offer a low moisture option when a maintenance or freshen up is needed.
If we need to hit carpets harder, then a deep clean is needed.
It is a nonsense to suggest that a wet clean will cause re soiling with this process.
Vacuumed
Correct product for the fibres
Agitation to work into the fibres
Machine set up and extraction
Groom rake to set back the carpet fibres as required
Odour neutralisation and set back furniture.
With care carpets be walked on straight away!

Agreed that rug doctor or vax or bad equipment and lack of training would leave carpets wet and the solution left in the fibres would create rapid re soiling.

We pass work when needed to trusted local technicians who use the same process. As with us, trusted technicians with correct training. It’s why customers trust us and give us repeat work.

Competition is healthy, bad advertising and incorrect knowledge starting up is not!
