One of the busiest Friday changeovers of the year. Faced with early arrival times by guests before check in time, our Staff remain professional and accommodating at all times.

Starting the week on Bank Holiday Monday with changeovers and a callout with a fridge freezer not functioning.

A big 'shout out' to a longstanding local business (Adrian Dongray), who has done our livery to a new addition. Beast on the moors 🛞🛞🛞🛞. A commercial conversion for housekeeping, caretakers and on-call. Cornish country lanes and winter conditions covered. 🛘🕳️❄️

The last two weeks have flown by with ongoing maintenance, changeovers, meetings and last minute bookings overnight for today also.

A big bulk of the maintenance work has been done in the last 4 days, with some finishing touches and further algae treatments after guests depart.

Our Caretakers have been 'buzzing' with the use of the digger in excavating ground levels, to infill with 7 ton of chipping.

Some minor repairs carried out and new gate 'stays' installed. Gates faced with new netting and stained.

External and interior painting, together with oiling and polishing of wood floors.

Final clean by housekeeping and guest ready today.

Some 'newbies' joining us this week; a couple who have had bad experiences, in cleaning standards and a management company.

From small quaint places to luxury high end properties catering for 16, our standards never change.

Starting a period of internal and external maintenance this week. Driveway being prepped after w**d killing, to lay 7 ton of chipping.

Pathways cleared and stonework being repointed.

Wood floors to be polished.

Having built up a portfolio of many holiday and private homes we clean and manage, we also have a great clientele base of regular domestic residentials, commercial and office cleans.

We love engaging with families in being part of their lifestyle to help, including their pets. Spring lambs we have the delight of seeing fed.

The 'coming home trees' have been relocated to 8 Palmers Way, Trenant Industrial Estate.

Expanding the company in the last 12 months, with more Staff on board, we had outgrown our previous office.

Housekeeping now have their own space, as do the Caretakers; the 'boys' den! The front Office finished today.

Looking forwards to the busy Season ahead and prepared 😃

Having just taken this cottage on to fully manage it, besides an Owner email, a 5⭐️ review.

Our Staff are very experienced, dedicated and have been with us longterm. We always plan ahead to have houses ready for last minute bookings. We also provide holiday cover for solo cleaners.
