A recent meeting in Charlestown this week, supporting a great local Cornish business. In collaboration with The Cornish Holiday Company.

Have a spooktacular time visiting the harbour and all things Halloween.

The historic port is steeped in history of maritime trading and plays host to film-sets such as Poldark, The Eagle has Landed and many more with its tall ships.

A short walk from the harbour there is Charlestown beach. A shingle beach with some small caves to explore.

Enjoy many of the restaurants and local shops selling Cornish wares. The Rashleigh Arms boasts exquisite cuisine.

The last couple of weeks have been filled with deep cleans, changeovers, caretaking, maintenance and QA assessments; even fulfilling a vegan hamper request.

We can supply bespoke hampers to suit all.

What was looking tired and unruly, this house has had an external makeover.

Hedges, trees and bushes cut back, house walls and patio cleaned, driveway and borders weeded.

Drains and gutters cleaned. All green waste removed. One very happy owner and an impressed neighbour.

Kicking of the week with an end of Season clean.

Cushions, throws, mattress and pillow protectors washed, mattresses steam cleaned, inventory check to cleaning brassware and much more. Having it all out.

A week of maintenance, meetings, arrivals and deep cleans.

Caretaking vacant properties is essential to ensure all is well.

From inside having no issues with services, WiFi connection is present, no unexpected burst pipes/leaks, to checking for evidence of mice retreating indoors this time of year.

A full clean-up and tidy outside, to ensure gutters and drains are clear from leaves and cobwebs . No slipped slates, or structural damage present. Bins in place, side gates are secure and no forced entry. Updating owners for peace of mind.

Even observing a lonesome cow away from its herd.

A new house we have recently taken on.

Property was cleaned throughout, streamlining personal effects and transforming spaces to maximise their potential.

Soft furnishings rearranged and new added. Windows and gardens clean and tidy.

House staged by us in readiness for its photoshoot.
