We are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our Production Maintenance team.

The role(s) will be responsible for:
✅Resolving reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance tasks via CMMS.
✅Supporting installation work, site modifications, and equipment improvements.
✅Fault finding and repair across automated plant, robotics, electrical and mechanical systems.
✅Maintaining accurate records and updating asset history within maintenance systems.
✅Driving continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen and 5S standards.
✅Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with the ability to fault find across PLCs, electrical, robotic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. ONC, City & Guilds Level 3, 18th Edition) are highly desirable.

The Ricoh Employee Football Trophy 2026 brought colleagues from across Europe together for an unforgettable weekend in Salou — and the official wrap‑up video captures it brilliantly...

With 24 teams, more than 500 participants and representation from 34 Ricoh operating companies and acquired businesses, the tournament was a powerful showcase of teamwork, shared values and sporting spirit, both on and off the pitch.

As event organiser, Bart Somsen describes it, the video is “a celebration of the energy, passion, and togetherness that made the weekend so special.”

That sentiment was felt throughout the tournament, including by the Ricoh Royals, made up of colleagues from Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL) and Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd (RPSE).

Congratulations to Ricoh Ireland and PFH Technology Group for being crowned champions, and sincere thanks to Bart and the wider volunteer team for delivering such a successful event.

An incredible collective effort also saw over £6,000 raised for the Red Cross through goals scored and team fundraising — a fantastic achievement everyone involved can be proud of 👏

Kodomo no Hi 🎏

Today we celebrate Kodomo no Hi, or Children’s Day in Japan.

Held annually on 5 May, this day is dedicated to recognising the individuality of children and wishing for their happiness, health and success as they grow.

A key symbol of the celebration is the koinobori, or carp streamer. The carp is admired for its determination and strength, representing the hope that children will develop resilience and thrive in the face of challenges.

At Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL), we recognise this meaningful tradition and its powerful symbolism.

From all of us at RPL, we wish our Japanese colleagues a wonderful end to Golden Week and a happy Children’s Day.

Ricoh Royals Take on the Ricoh Europe Employee Football Trophy ⚽

This weekend, the Ricoh Royals, made up of colleagues from Ricoh UK Products Ltd and Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd, proudly took part in this year’s Ricoh Employee Football Trophy in Salou, Spain ⚽

Bringing together teams from across Europe, the tournament was a fantastic celebration of sport, teamwork, and shared passion. With 24 teams competing and over 500 colleagues representing 34 Ricoh OpCos and acquired businesses, it was an unforgettable few days both on and off the pitch.

The Ricoh Royals loved every minute, from the competitive spirit to the connections built beyond the workplace. Events like this highlight the strength of collaboration and community across Ricoh.

Celebrating Biodiversity at Ricoh UK Products Ltd 🌿

FY25 has been a standout year for biodiversity at Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL), with colleagues across RPL and Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd (RPSE) delivering a wide range of initiatives.

From planting over 1,200 hedge plants and developing wildflower meadows, to installing wildlife cameras, supporting pollinators through onsite beehives, and creating habitats using recycled materials, our teams have made a meaningful impact both onsite and in the wider community.

We’ve also strengthened partnerships, supported conservation efforts like Black Poplar regeneration, and even launched a virtual biodiversity tour to showcase our progress.

A huge thank you to our Biodiversity Group and all employees who got involved – your efforts are helping to protect and enhance our natural environment.

We’re excited to share that the bee hives at Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL) and Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd (RPSE) are off to a fantastic start this year!

Our beekeeper recently visited the site and confirmed both colonies are healthy, with strong queens—great news after the winter months. It’s a clear sign that our site continues to provide a safe and supportive environment for wildlife.

We’ve also made improvements to the hives to help our bees thrive even more, including better insulation, smarter layouts, and easier monitoring to keep them healthy and stress-free.

Bees play a vital role in supporting nature and local ecosystems, so it’s brilliant to see them doing so well right here on site in Telford.

A big thank you to everyone involved in supporting our biodiversity efforts—we’re proud to be creating a space where both people and wildlife can flourish.
