Job Overview:
As a cleaner at Maid2Sparkle, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ spaces are spotless, inviting and safe. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, and exceeding client expectations. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
* Perform cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting surfaces
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
* Empty bins and replace liners
* Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
* maintain a professional appearance and demeanour while interacting with clients
* Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service and address client requests or concerns promptly
*Work efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes
*Adhere to company policies and procedures
