This impressive kitchen floor at a property in Newport comprised on unfilled Limestone tiles and hadn’t been professionally cleaned for twenty years. Having decided it was high time to do something about it I was asked to quote for giving the floor a deep clean and then reseal to bring the Limestone back to its former glory.

A Riven Slate Tiled floor in the Kitchen and adjacent Utility area at a property in Monmouth. The customer was very unhappy with the state of the Slate flooring and was at the point of taking the tiles up as they couldn’t keep it clean.

The Victorian tiled floor you can see below was discovered under a carpet at a property in Crosskeys on the outskirts of Newport. The owners understood it had been covered up for seventy years, yet remarkably it was still in good condition and they were keen to restore the floor as an original feature.

Having removed the carpet, they decided to have a go cleaning it themselves however soon realised there was more to this than they had bargained for including the need to seal the tiles. After doing more research on-line they decided to ask Tile Doctor to pop round and provide a quote.

I received a request to quote for the restoration of this Victorian tiled floor in the hallway of a property in Chepstow. The floor was in a very poor condition but from experience I knew it would respond well to a deep clean and seal.

Unexpectedly found an old quarry tile floor under some laminate. After an attempt to clean them myself, I contacted Adrain. He has not only done a remarkable job cleaning and sealing them for me, but he is proffesional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend his service.
