To ensure the wellbeing and safety of me & my team. Please take into consideration the weather this week, ANY house with HEATING ON… we will be refusing to clean. (This means any radiators on)!

Keeping windows open, doors open or fans on during your appointment is greatly appreciated and helps our team work comfortably and efficiently in the heat.

We have taken a day off today. As Today is my grandad Clive’s funeral 😔 but Olive is going nursery in a derby county football top today. In memory of her great Grandad 👴🏻 ⚽️ ❤️

With a love heart in her hair in plaits, grandad would of loved her hair and top 😢 ❤️

Sadly we lost our Grandad Clive this morning 💔

Words can’t begin to say how much he will be missed by everyone who ever met him. He’s left such a huge hole in all of our hearts.

I just know he’ll be up there with his rum, laughing and joking like always, that’s exactly how I’ll picture him.

I feel so blessed and lucky to have had you as my Grandad, and for all the memories we shared. I promise my children will grow up knowing just how lucky they were to have a Grandad like you in their lives.

You truly were a legend, and you lived an incredible life, nearly 90 years full of stories, love, and laughter.

My last words to you were that I love you, and I’m so grateful I got to say that and kiss you goodbye.

Love you always, Grandad 💔 ###x

Hi everyone 💛
I just wanted to share a little update and be honest with you all.

My family and my customers mean a huge amount to me. As a mum to three kids and two step-kids, I’ve had to make some changes to the business recently so I can properly look after my home life and keep the business going in a way that’s manageable long term.

This hasn’t been an easy decision at all, and I’m genuinely sorry to the people I’ve had to let go this last few months. There has been major staff changes. This is a massive change for me, it was never personal towards anyone, but it is very personal to me as to why this has had to happen. I understand some people may feel disappointed, especially those who rely on my services, and I truly didn’t make this choice lightly.

I’ve gone from managing 120 + cleans to having 70, so that being said, I’ve had to reduce my customers, and I’ve been in tears all night about the people that are upset to loose us and I’m sorry that I have had to make this decision.

I’m so grateful for the support, kindness, and understanding I’ve been shown. Thank you for supporting me not just as a local business, but as a person too 🤍

Here is a picture of my motivation & a reminder of why I set my business up in the first place, To anyone else who is struggling mentally running a house, a family, or a business my phone is always on for a chat or door open for a brew. Just a reminder… YOU GOT THIS TOO 💪🏼 🥰

Thankyou to all my lovely customers for using Simply Spotless. I have finally stopped working yesterday for a couple days to spend with my family and friends. 🎄 🤶🏼 🥰

We appreciate you all and thankyou for being so amazing this year, and keeping me in business. I normally do a massive status to show my appreciation, but I’ll be honest I’m one exhausted mum & I’m staying off my phone as much as possible with the quality time off I have off to spend with my babies and family ❤️

Thankyou to everyone who bought us presents, tips & wine we’ve received has overwhelmed me this year, you’ve been amazing. Love to you all. ❤️🎄
