Midweek Training Session!

To break up the midweek burn-out, we are currently running, Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Lebus Pathways training.

Lisa Burrows, Head of People is running the 2 day training course.

The course aims to teach communication techniques like active listening, empathy and assertiveness, these are crucial in addressing conflicts constructively and creating a positive work environment.

We are so proud to announce that Kara and Mindaugas have officially completed their Introduction into Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification!🎓

This is a huge achievement and a true testament to their hard work, dedication, and passion for professional growth. Watching them develop through this journey has been a pleasure, and we can’t wait to see the impact they’ll continue to make here at Lebus.
