There’s a difference between a carpet clean and stain removal.
Not every stain will come out with a general clean. Some need specialist treatment and even then there are times it’s permanent.
Worst thing you can do is panic and start scrubbing or throwing every product you’ve got at it. That usually makes it worse...
If you spill something:
Blot it. Don’t rub it.
Then call someone who knows what they’re doing. Your chances of getting it out go up massively.
Some stains come out.
Some don’t.
Knowing the difference early can save you a lot of time, money, and frustration.
