With another heatwave, minus the humidity of two weeks ago, work is going ahead at level pace that is as comfortable as is possibl!!.
I would like to thank clients helping to keep homes as cool as possible, offering drinks etc.
And I thank the ladies for their efforts providing service with extreme heat and pressure.
Still going to be hot, not as bad and slowly declining. So I ask that the same level of expectations are upheld for the time being

Good Afternoon.

With the pending heatwave we will close for business if temp hits 33 degrees and above.
Atm tuesday is closure and rest of the week will be gaged daily. Apologies for clients affected, an email was sent out yesterday. Health and safety comes first. I appreciate the support I've had following the decision that has always been in place but not often needed to be used.

I had a bad experience yesterday which followed me into today. My head feels like it has been struck with an axe!!. Came home early, unfortunately some clients missed (all will get done this week, majority rescheduled). I won't tolerate rudness though when I just want to sleep.

I love my ladies and their absoulte initiative to do what they know best!!!
It has been bloody hot this last week and personal issues aside between us we managed majority of service on a bank holiday weekend, half term and weather that totally took our breaths away.
Kudos to the Queens and myself x

Good evening, hope everyone is enjoying the spring sunshine.
It's not a moaning post "it is" 😂.
I give as much information requested either via text or a phone call (client preference). What is included, hourly price and gist of time for house size & regularity before I book in a walk through and quote. My time, my fuel and its part of my job.
However, when dropping me a message to initiate this, please reply in a timely manner.
Slots are slim, will not be held.
I cannot and will not chase responses.
There's a whole lot of paperwork I do as well.
My Queens are PAYE and like everyone else rely on their hours as do I.
Going forward it will be as above but first come first serve after a 24hr waiting period from walk through. No holding, no anguish if you wish to proceed but decide a week or two later.
I am running a business, we graft harder than anyone gives much credit for.
I won't haggle pricing or cut corners to suit a price range. Walk through and quote is final.

Good morning. Due to client house moves, holidays and ill health i have a few slots avaliable for one off cleans over the next few weeks.
I also have one vacant regular slot avaliable within saffron walden that I held but have been unable to reach the potential client.

Easter half term has always been the craziest. Juggling children, holiday covers, houses full as the weather up until wednesday was rubbish.
Two bank holidays. Feeling sluggish from dark mornings and dark evenings from christmas and clocks changing.

Somehow, with grit and determination, we mostly pulled it off. I for one am hands down knackered to brink of collapse.

Spring clean enquires coming in fast.

I aim to respond to everyone today, thereafter I won't be taking messages this Saturday or sunday.
Son is with his dad, I plan to get my garden summer ready and do a ton of sleeping 😴
