A POLITE NOTICE REGARDING ILLNESS. 🫶🏼

We understand illnesses can occur suddenly overnight which are unavoidable, we are very understanding and lenient with these situations but we politely ask that you make us aware of any illnesses in the household prior to us arriving at your home for your scheduled clean. This is at our discretion if we decide to go ahead with your scheduled slot.
Cold & flu virus’s are air born so if you or your family member(s) are poorly I.E covid positive, cold and flu symptoms etc. This also means the same if you stay in a different room for the duration of your clean and ask us to continue with the rest of the house, this does not stop the spread of a virus & we cannot risk catching and spreading into other clients homes and most importantly our own homes and onto our own families.
