Important Announcement!

Apologies for the slow communication and updates for our daily bin cleaning rounds.

Having returned late yesterday from short spell in the US as part of the Marshall Islands Soccer Federation; we have now become the last nation on Earth to play International football. A truly historic experience.

In that time, East Herts & North Herts have undergone a drastic change in the bin collection, moving to a 3 weekly rota. This unfortunately makes our existing rounds extinct.

Please bear with us; I have a lot of rounds to rebuild, new and existing customer queries, and orders to respond to and add to our rounds.

I understand it has been very warm over the past 12 days, so we shall endeavour to service as many new customers as soon as possible!

If you receive a letter (example below) regarding upcoming changes in your collections in East Herts and North Herts, please notify us of your change of day. As we really hoped not to happen, it's been all left right up to the deadline, so we need to replan rounds and days as far in advance as possible.

That's a wrap for another year, 2024 and done!

Thank you to all our new and existing customers throughout the year. Your custom is very much appreciated.

We will take our scheduled Winter break for the bin cycles to fall back into place; and carry out vital servicing and maintenance to keep us on the road into 2025!

Just a reminder, check your local council collections as they maybe a day early this week or on Saturday!

It hasn't come from us, we havent cancelled any customers service ; until we can get in touch with GoCardless when we are back off the road, we will know more then.

Happy Easter!

With the Easter holidays , bin collections have been moved from today and throughout the next week...

Unfortunately, Easter has always meant a struggle for us due to operating across several councils, who all have a different approach to working bank holidays.

On Tuesday, we have 720 bin cleans. Our service will be extremely delayed to some areas to clear this overwhelming total that would normally be split over 3 days.

Today's bin collection in Haverhill is moved to Tuesday, and collections remain +4 days over the week, including Saturday 6th April

Roystons bin collection will move from Monday to Tuesday, and collections remain +1 day later

Uttlesford and South Cambs are not affected due to their 4 day working week pattern.

Braintree District will move +1 day.

We will do our best to complete each area as soon as possible. Please keep your bins accessible as it may take up until late the following day of your bin collection for us to reach you.
