Another big saving for a client, who were informed they had cavity wall tie failure. We carried out a professional inspection using the most up to date optical equipment only to find no corrosion whatsoever on any ties. Saved them the cost of installing new ties. Please use qualified PCA members for all your surveys including damp and timber inspections.
