Accounts/Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Accounts/Office Administrator to join our team based in Scorrier, the position is a key role for the operation of the company. As an Office Accounts /Administrator your tasks will vary according to the business requirements however, predominately to carry out all Accounts administration tasks and to ensure management and all team members are organised.
Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Manage timesheet processes to support onboarding, projects and finance functions.
Assisting with diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Conducting research on behalf of the managers, Typing, compiling, and preparing information.
Assist management with reactive callouts and scheduling planned works
Ad-hoc support with various other projects and tasks according to business needs.
Requirements
Must be tech-savvy and very familiar with using IT applications to improve administrative support
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of Microsoft packages
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
Excellent interpersonal skills
Honesty and reliability
Attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks to meet deadlines
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
GCSE English and Mathematics minimum (or equivalent)
Experience within Accounts -Administration / PA role previously
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Salary: Depending on experience
