Happy First of August!! ☀️ 🌻

I think we are in week 2 of summer holidays & I’m loving being able to spend some quality time with the fam , I am so busy Monday- Sunday normally even after school so I really do miss seeing them,

BUT,

With the help of my amazing team I get to go away yhis week and relax making memories I have missed out on 😊

Thank you to all my personal domestics for understanding that I needed some time off with my family, every summer holiday I have always worked all the way through and missed out on lazy days & quality time so I hugely appreciate it.

The changeovers have been absolutely crazy since the beginning of the summer which is a amazing and my team have really pulled out all the stops !!

How are your Summer Holidays going?

We will all be back soon in our normal routines, after all you only have one life so live it ❤️

⭐️ 🚨 We are offering one off back to school cleans in September if you would like to book in please book in advance as they get snapped up pretty quickly!
*2 / 3 hour house cleans or some of that uniform ironing we all dread to think about 1 week before they go back 😂😂

⛱️ SuMmEr HoLiDaYs ☀️⛱️

We've made it... FINALLY!! 🙌😆

It's officially the first week of the 6-week summer holidays, and I'm already feeling slightly twitchy about it! 🤪

Work is still in full swing with what feels like endless holiday let changeovers, mountains of laundry, and those "Can you just fit this in before we go away?" messages. 🙃🧺 Honestly, I think I've seen more bedding than my own bed lately! 🤣

But... I will be taking some time off this summer to actually enjoy it. ❤️ As much as I love seeing all my lovely customers, I also love a lie-in, wearing clothes that aren't my work uniform, and spending time making memories with my own family. ☀️🚐

Running a business can make you feel like you have to be available 24/7, but this year I'm reminding myself that it's okay to switch off now and again. The cleaning will still be there when I get back! 😅

I hope everyone has the most amazing summer, whether you're jetting off somewhere sunny, camping, staying local, or just enjoying a few BBQs in the garden. ☀️🍦

Knowing me, I'll probably be back next week with another update anyway! 🤣❤️

Happy Monday everyone! ☀️

It's the start of another busy week, and I just wanted to pop on and say hello!

Firstly, thank you so much to all of my lovely customers for keeping me so busy. Your support really does mean so much to my little business. 💙

With the summer holidays just around the corner, I know lots of people are getting ready for time away, family days out, and a well-earned break.

I'll also be taking a little bit of time off over the summer to recharge and spend some quality time with my family. ☀️🏖️

I'll be contacting all of my regular customers this week to go over appointments and make sure everyone's cleans are sorted around holidays, so please keep an eye out for a message from me. 😊

If you're not already booked in and would like a clean before you head off on holiday, or even to come home to a fresh, clean house afterwards, just send me a message and I'll do my best to fit you in. 🥰🥰

🥂 Weekend Vibes & Sunsets 🥂

This weekend has been a lovely mix of business and pleasure! 🚐✨

We escaped for a little local adventure in Doris, while still being close enough to dash back for our changeovers. Work hard... relax a little... repeat! 🛏️🛁
I'm not going to lie though... I've spent most of it hobbling around with a limp and practically bathing in SPF 50! 🥵😂 My knees are currently protesting against turning 30-something (we'll leave it at that! 🙄🤣).
Thank goodness for my amazing team who always step in when I need a breather or when my knees simply decide they're on annual leave! ❤️

☀️ Summer Update ☀️
We are now FULLY BOOKED for all of our regular cleaning customers over the summer holidays! 🤯❤️

We do still have the odd space for one-off and deep cleans, so if you fancy a freshen-up, pop us a message! These will be with either myself & Lindsay or Lindsay & Elsie. 🧽✨

As much as we all love cleaning your lovely homes... we're also rather fond of our own families! 😂 So over the summer we'll all be taking some well-earned time off to recharge our batteries (and hopefully my knees! 🤞).

If you DON'T need your usual clean while you're away, please let us know as soon as you can. It means we can either squeeze another customer in or, if we're lucky, have an extra day with our families. ❤️

If you still need your regular clean while I'm away, Lindsay & Elsie will do their best to cover you if they're available. ❤️

This week is a busy one! The team and I have all our lovely regular customers to see, plus a few meet-and-greets, which we're really looking forward to. 🥰

How was everyone's weekend?

We spent ours at Ruckus Festival and it was absolutely brilliant! 🎸 Every band was fantastic, but the Linkin Park tribute definitely stole the show for me. ❤️

We also brought Doris 🚐 home for a little clean, topped her up with all the essentials, and got her ready for a weekend of local camping. 🏕 I've still got work commitments this weekend, but who says you can't have the best of both worlds? 🤪

It was a busy weekend, but we still managed to squeeze in a couple of glasses of wine and a chilled Sunday film. 🥂🎬

🔥Hot Days & Long Cleans 🔥

Running a cleaning business isn't all shiny floors and perfectly folded towels... sometimes it's a lot of Tea , sore feet, moaning I'm hot & never taking off my jumper and wondering how on earth people manage to create that much mess in so little time 😂

This weekend was one of those weekends.
Saturday was spent completing a deep clean for one of our beautiful regulars ❤️ and Sunday was two holiday let changeovers. Behind the scenes, people often only see the finished photos, but they don't see what we walk into first.
One property was booked for 2 guests... yet it somehow magically had 12 people stay there! 🤯 Every room had us asking, "How?!" & What the hell? 😆

Don't get me wrong - this job can be hard work. There are days when you're tired, running on empty, and wondering if you'll ever get home!!
But there's also something really satisfying about turning complete chaos into a clean, fresh space that's ready for the next family to enjoy.

That's the reality of running a small business. It's not always glamorous, but I genuinely love what I do, and I'm so grateful for every customer who trusts me with their home or holiday let. Your support means more than you probably realise. ❤️
