Mole trapping job complete today with the suspect caught, this mole was ruining the customers nearly laid wildflower/meadow turf due the the moisture after watering it, the mole was tunnelling just under the new turf so a little tricky but we managed to get it and prevent any further damage.

A customer called In due to hearing noises in the wall cavity and ceiling void above the kitchen, a full inspection carried out and rats had gnawed through the rubber top on the waste pipe and gained entry under the kitchen units before gnawing into the boxed in waste pipe where it’s gaining entry into the ceiling.
A full inspection is required when customers have pest issues in their property.
