Rats gaining access to this loft space via the waste pipe, to prove that it’s a sewer issue I placed Ultra violet blocks in the sewer, if the droppings in the loft illuminate under a black light then there’s the proof, rats caught and now waiting for the landlord to approve the fitting of a one way rat flap in the sewer.

Imidasect ant gel working a treat, they forage on the insecticide gel and feed the nest with it resulting in the destruction of the nest and no more unwanted ant visitors in the house.

Rats getting access to a loft space via the outside of a waste pipe, Ultra Violet monitoring blocks placed in the sewer to try and ascertain whether they’re coming from the sewer, they eat the non-toxic UV blocks which then makes the droppings glow under a black light, so if there is glowing poo in the loft next week we know they’re coming from the sewer.
